Applicants must be permanent residents of the **Chattogram Division**.
Submitted content must have been created and published within the **last six (6) months** (i.e., starting from **November 7, 2024** if the award date is **May 7, 2025**).
All submissions must be **original content** created by the applicant.
Plagiarized, duplicated, or AI-generated content without creative human input will be automatically disqualified.
Content should not contain offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful material.
The applicant must be the rightful owner of the content and hold full rights to use and distribute it.
Submissions can be in the form of video, audio, text, graphics, or multimedia, but must be publicly accessible on recognized platforms.
Each applicant may submit a maximum of **three (3) entries**.
The organizers reserve the right to verify authenticity of submitted content and disqualify entries that violate the rules.
Judges’ decisions will be final and cannot be contested.
By submitting content, applicants grant the organizers the right to showcase, publish, and promote the content in connection with the award program.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in rejection of the application.

(Mandatory Rules for Account Creation and Login)
1. Username Policy 1.1 Username must be in lowercase letters. 1.2 Spaces may be used in usernames. 1.3 Underscore (_) may be used. 1.4 Creating a second account with the same username is strictly prohibited. 1.5 Username does not support any special symbols, emoji or illegal characters (system wise). 2. Mobile Number Policy 2.1 Only one account can be created with one mobile number. 2.2 Opening of second account using same mobile number is strictly prohibited. 3. Email Policy 3.1 Creating multiple accounts using the same email is allowed. 3.2 However it is mandatory to provide valid and active email for each account. 4. Password Policy 4.1 Each user must use a strong password. 4.2 Weak or common passwords (eg 123456, password, abc123 etc.) are not acceptable. 4.3 Passwords are encouraged to contain at least the following elements: Uppercase letters (A–Z) • Lowercase letters (a–z) • Numbers (0–9) • Special symbols (!@#$% etc.) 4.4 Sharing the same password with others is strictly prohibited. 5. Login Rules 5.1 Correct username and password must be provided during login. 5.2 Consecutive incorrect login attempts may temporarily lock the account for security reasons. 5.3 Use of Remember Me or Auto Login in the browser is at the user's own risk. 6. General Code of Conduct 6.1 Accounts may not be created using the information of others. 6.2 Deliberate creation of multiple fake accounts may result in automatic deactivation by the system. 6.3 Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
